Friendlypak provides a range of environmentally friendly products for use in dental clinics and practices. We can visit your premises and take a look at what you’re already using, suggesting some alternative products to make your switch to environmentally friendly easy.
We currently supply hospitals, medical and dental practices around New Zealand with our PotatoPak disposable trays. The PotatoPak tray is popular because it’s the ideal shape and is nicer to use than the stainless steel, plastic and foil trays. It also meets all of the required hygiene and safety standards expected in a medical environment. Usually used for the purpose of carrying equipment and medication; however the trays are also useful for other applications such as a tray for holding medications, creams and swabs. After use the tray can be incinerated, composted, used as animal feed or in a worm farm.
Our Sugar Cane range has an extensive offering of punnets, bowls and trays, available in various sizes and shapes to best suit your use case. Perfect for holding utensils and tools during surgery, the sugar cane range is safe for use in a sanitary environment, and can simply be disposed of after use, saving you time and effort. We can bring in samples for you to try out, to determine which products in the range would best suit your practice.
For preparation and surgery we have a variety of products, including gloves. These are able to be incinerated or composted after use, saving you valuable time cleaning up following surgery.
We also have our biodegradable cling film, which is completely compostable, allowing it to be disposed of along with your other compostable materials. As well as being biodegradable our cling film is also safe and non-toxic, allowing it to be used in a sterile environment. This product is also available in a commercial size for larger practices or use cases.
Our compostable cups are ideal for holding mouthwash, following a patients surgery or checkup. They are available in a range of sizes along with lids to fit. Using these over conventional plastic cups saves you time and effort cleaning: as they are compostable, they can simply be disposed of after use.
We also supply biodegradable and compostable bin liners to fit most size bins for areas within the premises.
